[Release] 0.5.2 #55

This release includes the following:

[x] Improved support for Syntastic.
[x] Better file discovery support for Ninja builds.
[x] Stabilized test suite.
[x] Choosing all-global commands instead of buffer specific commands.
[x] Support of out-of-source builds in conjunction to the classic in-source builds.

Closes #52, #53, and #54
