Relates to issue #7, this'll cover the building out of plugins and includes a suite of tests to ensure that the system's stable enough for use.

Going to have to:

[x] make a wrapper around using std::shared_ptr and the insurance base companion class,
[ ] make use of the version class
[x] properly construct plugins using the ctor
[x] properly destruct plugins using the dtor
