Implement D-Bus Plugin for Wintermute (Issue #18) #48

This would include the work of tying in D-Bus to Wintermute using our abstraction of the event loop we've used so far (libuv) to communicate with D-Bus.

[ ] Pull in a D-Bus library.
[ ] Implement the dispatcher & receiver for Wintermute.
[ ] Write out a test for the D-Bus flavor of the Tunnel.

This is in correlation to issue #18 and #48.
