Update README to Document Flask Routes and Templates Usage

Description

The current README.md does not provide information on how routes and templates are implemented within our Flask application. To assist new contributors and improve project documentation, we need to enhance the README.md with detailed explanations of:

• How Flask routes are defined and managed in the application.
• The role of templates in rendering views.
• Instructions on how to add a new route and the corresponding template.

This documentation should serve as a guide for developers to understand the application's structure and to contribute effectively.

Expected Outcome

An updated README.md that includes:

• An overview of Flask routing used in the project, highlighting how routes are set up in files like /app/main/routes.py.
• A section explaining how templates are used, referencing the templates directory (/app/templates/) and how templates integrate with routes.
• Step-by-step instructions on adding a new route to the application, including how to create and link a new template.
• Clarification of any conventions or best practices followed in the project for routes and templates.
