Do you have any h5 file with 1M samples? If you have, please send one to me. Just put it in our share folder: /scratch/admixlab/share

Then I can test the training time directly.

I put two files in the share folder: 1000k_128polymorphisms.h5: standard introunet, 1M samples, 128 polymorphisms 1000k_192polymorphisms.h5: standard introunet, 1M samples, 192 polymorphisms
