I have finished the simulation for test data

They are in /scratch/admixlab/xinhuang/projects/sstar2-analysis-dev/results/test_data/

Currently only four models ArchIE_3D19, ArchIE_4D19, BonoboGhost_4K19 and HumanNeanderthal_3G21 are complete

The true fragments in the above folder is not correct, I am fixing the bug
