Window manager integration. #7

Uses some features of Xlib to check if the CSGO window is active. Makes jwaim idle in the background if it's not. For window managers that don't support the required features, this does nothing.

Useful if you tab in and out of CSGO during matches and don't want the overlay window hogging up screen space or wasting CPU.

Sounds like a great addition. Let me read over it and pull it up.

Had to fix a couple of oopsies from when I was experimenting real fast. This branch is merge-able again, lol.
