Use internal glowStyle to simplify glow code. #9

Gets rid of the spotted check and uses some CSGO internals to provide a reliable legit glow. Also adds an option to turn off glow for ground items.

Just a lot of poking and prodding mostly. I found a modified version of the class in a different csgo project and applied some of it to here, exposed the functions, modified some of the paddings.

Just a little something a worked up during my boredom. It seems bluuman isn't active very often though, so its kinda hard to get changes committed in a timely manner at the moment.
