Difficulty levels

The game will start at Level 1, and the level will go up by 1 after each victory.

Leveling up causes:

• More enemies per wave
• Slightly faster enemy spawn rate
• Core has more HP
• Core has slightly faster HP regeneration rate

The game difficulty before the addition of Levels is equivalent to Level 2. I have personally managed to get to Level 4 a few times and even Level 5 once (where I didn't survive very long).

I've made it to 3. It gets real tough as the waves get bigger though.

I'm gonna have my roommates give it a try tonight to see how new players fare.

Yeah you can tell I've been playing around with this a lot =P. It is indeed quite hard, but I figured that wasn't a bad thing since the levels are quite long anyway, I don't expect most people to even see level 5.

I've just barely made it to level 4 and then died painfully. I rather like the difficulty level as it is right now.

As of 6185c63 the current level is a multiplier for all score points gained.

I've been able to got up to the level 3, so the difficulty seems good.
