auto-create /Volumes/folder #16

Add a flag to create a new folder in /Volumes, mount into it, and then clean up 
afterwards.

eg:  

profuse -x diskimage.2mg 

would load up the disk name, create a folder in /Volumes/diskname, and use that 
as the mount 
point.  When exiting, the folder would be deleted.
