serve() should fix relative URIs in CSS by default #44

As the URI-rewriting code in Version1 and Minify_CSS appears to be 
reliable (and setting it up manually is a pain), this should be the 
default behavior in Minify::serve().

Minifying CSS should "just work" out-of-the-box.
