Register examples when the dev package is installed? #155

To make them easier to find. This is only a good idea if I end up releasing separate dev and library packages since end users shouldn't have to deal with the clutter

Register in the action list
Include an action for "open the Scythe folder"
Include "Scythe" in the name for easy searching?
