affiliation: field for postal address #23

Affiliation information contains:

information about the institution
information about the department, including the postal address of the author

data coming from ringgold only contains info about the institution, this includes a postal code that may be different than the postal code of the author department.

Author address (departement+ street +postal code + city) can be added in orcid, manually.

How should we handle that, how does jats4r do it?
