in jats: contributed-equally: yes/no; not even in jats:group, author order in metadata? see bioarchiv tsv for others? check role (new jats4r recommendation)

jats4r seem to include middle name initials in given-names (example https://jats4r.org/authors-and-affiliations/#authors-and-affiliations-example1a)
