Cannot upload python-wrapper to PyPI repository. However, other extension modules such as the one in numpy package really exists and is uploaded to PyPI. May be I need to prepare the fallback behavior for those who cannot use C extension modules due to the lack of build tools.
It'll be much easy to use if it's possible to upload this to PyPI.
