OpenMPI doesn't work well in PBS Pro environment #73

As of OpenMPI FAQ, it is necessary to configure the OpenMPI with --with-tm=/path/to/pbs/installation/ option. This option should be or at least can be included during installing the dependency programs including this OMPI.

The usual PBS installation paths seem to be /opt/pbs/... but may depend on system.
