LAV Crashes on MTS files with CUDA Enabled. #397

I have few MTS files by which LAV Decoder crashes only when we enabled CUDA.
Pls. see the attached sample file and screen shot of LAV settings.

I cannot reproduce any problems. The file plays just fine with the CUVID 
decoder for me.

I really wonder how it doesn't crash there.
Pls. have a look at the images, I simply reproduced the crash.

I use:
Windows7 64bit
RAM 8 GB
nVidia GTX640

I even tried in 4 systems.
Could you pls. try in WIn7 64bit ?
