Describe the issue you're having:
The Images are corrupted when playing a crf=11 video with DXVA2 on 1st gen
Intel HD Graphics (i5 560m).

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?
Here is a sample.

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?
MPC-HC 1.7.3 x86
LAVFilters 0.61.1
Windows 8.1 64-bit
Intel Core i5 560m
Intel HD Graphics (driver ver.8.15.10.2900)

Please provide any additional information below.
LAV Decoder with DXVA2 = Cprrupted
LAV Decoder without DXVA2 = OK
Microsoft DTV-DVD video decoder with DXVA = OK
Potplayer decoder with DXVA = OK
CyberLink decoder with DXVA = OK

I found it similar to Issue 287.
However, when I tried LAVFilters 0.54.1 which released to fix the issue, the
image is still corrupted.
