Describe the issue you're having:
This file is 30fps but Lav Decoder is 15fps.

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?
=> ( ~ ver 0.61.1 )

Please provide any additional information below.

Hello?

I have a mp4 file.

This file is 30fps but Lav Decoder is 15fps.

e.g)
lav source + ffdshow + vmv9     = 30fps
lav source + lav decoder + vmr9 = 15fps

Request to check and confirm the link file.

Your file is muxed wrong, it contains invalid timestamps for H.264 in MP4.
