flv split wrong (hevc encode)

Describe the issue you're having:

Lav splitter can't split the hevc video format when I play some flv files(just 
the audio heard).

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?

FLV in HEVC is not and will not be supported.
There is no official specification how to put HEVC in FLV, and until there is, 
such files can go and rot away.
