MPEG-TS /TP Crash when played #440

Describe the issue you're having:
When i open a MPEG-TS or TP file, potplayer will crash. A reboot will fix the 
problem. The problem does not exist in previous versions. The problem will not 
happen if i use another video decoder.

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?

Any MPEG-TS or TP file 

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?
Potplayer  1.6.46411 Update

Please provide any additional information below.

Edit: MPC-HC will also crash.  and also playing mpeg2 ts or tp will not always 
crash, but usually after multiple times of opening and closing the players

If MPC-HC crashes, it will produce a crash dump. Please upload it for me to 
look at.
