ff_cropTbl is not defined. #447

Describe the issue you're having:
Not possible to build LAV filters with fresh ffmpeg because of ff_cropTbl 
absence in avcodec-lav-55.

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?
Just clone (git://git.1f0.de/ffmpeg.git) and build ffmpeg and LAV filters.

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?
LAV Filters 0.61.2

Please provide any additional information below.
Table should be added to ffmpeg or not be used in CLAVSubtitleProvider.

If you use a newer version of ffmpeg, you also need to use a newer version of 
LAV.
There is absolutely no guarantee that older versions of LAV will build with any 
arbitrary version of ffmpeg, its only guaranteed to work with the version 
associated with it.
