Game Crashes upon Playing Intro Video with LAV Filters Installed #449

Describe the issue you're having:
With LAV Filters installed, the game 911 First Responders will crash upon
trying to play the intro video.

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?
As per the linked thread below, you need to have a copy of the game installed,
and then also have LAV Filters (0.61.2) installed. Once you do, the game should
crash upon trying to play the intro video. With LAV Filtes uninstalled, the
game should not crash. The intro video is a MPG file, short sample linked
below. I don't know if it is relevant or not, but when I try and play the file
in Zoom Player, Zoom Player reports a pin connection warning, and states that
LAV Splitter Source.Video tries to connect to LAV Audio Decoder.Input and
further goes on to report that there is no no common media type between these
pins.

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?
0.61.2. No player, game tries to load intro video and then crashes.
Uninstalling LAV solves the problem.

Please provide any additional information below.

You can now Blacklist applications from using LAV (in the upcoming LAV 0.64
anyway).

In the registry, create a DWORD entry with the name of the executable as as key
and the value "1" in HKCU\Software\LAV\(Video|Audio|Splitter)\Blacklist
