Pixellation with AMD Athlon 5350 #465

Describe the issue you're having:

Pixellation on DVB MPEG-TS Recordings (H.264) with DXVA enabled (native or 
copy-back). I have the problem on AMDs new AM1 platform with Athlon 5350. No 
Problems with AMD FM1 and FM2 Platform.

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?

Hardware: Motherboard: ASRock AM1H-ITX, CPU AMD Athlon 5350
I have the problem with all my DVB HD-Recordings, but no Problems with H.264 in 
MKV Container.

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?

LAV Filter 0.62.0 with Graphstudio. Same Problems with MPC-HC too.

Please provide any additional information below.

- No Problems in DVB-Viewer with LAV-Video-Decoder or with different Demuxer 
(Cyberlink Demuxer).
- Same Problem with previous Versions (0.61.x)

I don't have access to such hardware.
However, it is known that AMDs hardware accelerator is rather ... bad. I would 
simply suggest to not use it.
