Lavsplitter needed udp/tcp selection

Using Lavsplitter for decode live rtsp ip cam megapixel (dahua, canon, 
hikvision and others brands) artifacts on image using live555 proxy server. 
Live555proxy send data in udp and also in tcp but if not specified by 
client(lavsplitter) connection go up in udp. In lavsplitter needed adding 
property for selection udp or tcp and forcing in tcp stream receive when tcp 
property select.

There are no plans for any special streaming handling, its primarily a file 
splitter, not a streaming source filter.

Ok, I use workaround with progressive download streaming in m3u8 for solve!
