QuickSync not available when it should be

Describe the issue you're having:
My CPU is a Sandy Bridge 2600K, therefore QuickSync is one of it's hardware 
features. But the LAV Video decoder shows it as "Not Available".

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?

LAV 0.62.0.20
Player is MPC-HC x64 [1.7.6.217 (5b18cc4)]

You probably didn't install the driver properly. Get a proper driver package 
directly from Intel.com, and not from Windows Update or some other place.

Anyhow, this is an issue tracker, not support, sorry!
