Flash once at the beginning of the video when playing some mpeg2-ts(.ts) file.

When playing some mpeg2-ts(.ts) file，it will flash once at the beginning of 
the video. It only occurs when using mpeg2 software decoder. I use potplayer 
with lav filters.

potplayer+lav software decoder: flash

potplayer+lav hardware decoder(DXVA2 native): normal
potplayer+potplayer built-in decoder: normal
potplayer+microsoft dtv-dvd video decoder: normal
