Play 3.0 TTS Integration #115

Hey all, I am a developer from Play.AI (PlayHT) and I'm working on integrating our new model (version 3.0), which requires some changes to how the module talks to our HTTP API. I have made the changes I think it needs, but can you help me figure out how to test it?

Do I need to set up a freeswitch installation and a config which uses the PlayHT module? If so, do you have a config that I can use as a starting point? Or is there a unit test framework for the modules?

If you make a PR we can test on our servers, and give you access as well if needed
