Optionally configure MAX_CALL_LIFETIME and MAX_CALL_LIFETIME_AFTER_COMPLETED key TTL by setting respective JAMBONES_MAX_CALL_LIFETIME and JAMBONES_MAX_CALL_LIFETIME_AFTER_COMPLETED environment variables.
