docker build -t facerec:latest .

ends with: Step 2/8 : COPY pip.conf /root/.pip/pip.conf COPY failed: stat /var/lib/docker/tmp/docker-builder221076023/pip.conf: no such file or directory

works with newest download . tried first on 22.06. ...
