It was really great finding this again. I actually remember seeing this on the exact post on LinkedIn that you're talking about - the guy had a shitty ego and attitude.
I was just curious about the research behind the decision of making coding tests non-compulsory at Monzo? This is an important topic to me as (though generally speaking relatively privileged) I'm dyslexic and came from a non-traditional route into software.
Just wondering then - if a candidate didn't want to do a coding test, what kinds of alternatives were offered? Or how was their suitability for the role determined?
