How do I deal with some files? #11

I want to process a batch of data, but it seems that Docker only provides a way to process a .nii file

Hi Zhixiai,

Thanks for your message. Indeed, brainageR is designed only to work on one image, this is to enable batch processing on HPC clusters and similar parallel systems, so that you can process many images at once. This speeds up massively compared to running a list of images in serial.

So to process a batch of N images, you simply need to launch the docker N times.

Hope that helps,

Best wishes, James
