Support jump and preview of obsidian links #177

Now when I click on [[link]], I can only jump to the file, cannot be precise to the title or block, and cannot preview it image

[bug] Also when I have 2 internal links, the mindmap renders wrong. Example: in markdown the link is [[#^dc52de|title1]] [[#^72894d|title2]] but in mindmap, it shows title1]] [[#^72894d|title2
