No right click on HTC Desire #131

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There is no camera button to press for right click, and no keyboard to map 
a shortcut to, so how do I right-click

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.4.2 on HTC Desire (Android 2.1), connecting to Opensuse 11.2 running a 
Fluxbox window manager

Right click from the Send Keys menu item, or by double-tapping in the default 
mode or touchpad mode
