No soft keyboard in several modes #249

The only way to pull out the virtual keyboard is by hitting the button between 
the zoom buttons. These buttons only appear in one mode and only when moving. 
It would be nice if pressing and holding the menu key popped the keyboard, this 
is how the android browser does it.

What version of android-vnc-viewer are you using?
latest market build

Which VNC server/version are you using?  On which platform?
default ubuntu vnc server

What is the size of the desktop you are trying to access
1920x1080

What device are you using?
Vibrant with TrueDvorak pro keyboard
