Requirements:

• Generalizable effects
• Interchangeable with Projectiles - same underlying data structure
• Pooled like Projectiles

I am considering just letting the developer create their own item systems using the Danmaku class. This would likely be more flexible than any system I could create. An example would be:

• Seperate Item Layer for different collision detection.
• Use of Tags to identify what item does what.
• Custom Danmaku Colliders to define how to handle these items.

If this is the case, I'll make a tutorial on how to do it.
