RAR archive not openable on a mac (without special software) #70

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a Mac (or PC I bet) without RAR software
2. Download file
3. Fail to be able to extract archive

Any chance a .zip version of this could be uploaded?  AFAIK all current
versions of every major OS come with a native ability to decompress zip
files, but neither windows or mac os can do RAR files.
