Refactor user profile page to:
1) have placeholder variable isSuspect that conditionally renders Suspect Dashboard button 2) Suspect Dashboard button click takes user to Suspect Dashboard 3) This button has very base styling applied and its position in relation to other user profile contents is very rough (please review) 4) Add Tab toggle to User Profile Page to clean up UI/UX by separating Team and Notifications. Team tab is either "Get Started" or "My Team" based on hasTeam value and Notifications tab allows for notifications to be more prominently displayed so they dont get buried under team actions and info 5) If notifications are present (invites or requests or evidence), the notifications tab color changes, a red icon underscores the text, and the entire tab pulses slightly. Moreover, the label changes from "Notifications" to "New Notifications" so hopefully this is suitable UX and proofs against the most inept user
