A purely pacbio assembly with PBcR fails with 'long.fastq does not exist at /usr/biosoft/packages/BugBuilder/1.1.0_beta/bin/run_PBcR line 100'.

Symlinks do not appear to be created correctly on job creation

This is actually an input validation problem...reads were supplied as 'read1' rather than 'longfastq'
