I hit some problems pulling down the source code and using my local development environment to build some installers. This was created in the course of my debugging and getting things working

I'm not sure I understand your comment - are these therefore all contained in the last merge (4162621)?

They might be, let me look through them and try to get some clarity. I'm more used to bitbucket than github and screwed some things up when I was trying to make the pull requests
