  1. Update the Makefile and requirements.txt to make it easy to run VALVE on a given table of immune exposures
  2. Update the README to reflect above.

Fails validation for kidney transplant. See issue #2

There are things I still want to change, but this is a clear improvement, so I'll just merge now.
