Tests don't run by default #34

It looks like the version of ember in bower no longer exists. I tried upgrading the the version to v1-pre4 in the components.json file but the test suite is failing. I'm not sure which version you want to target with this repo.

@pivotal-medici see pr #35. Do the tests on that branch run for you?

I think james is okay with master running a 2.0.0 version that works with 1.0-pre4 and leaving the tagged 1.3.2 for supporting ember 0.9.7.

Ember-I18n 1.x <=> Ember 0.9.x
Ember-I18n 2.x <=> Ember 1.x

Tests now run (on Travis, even!). If you continue to have trouble, feel free to reopen this.
