No deployment script #4

Need to add Capistrano / Moonshine deployment. First to EC2, then to Heroku.

The bugmash site says that Heroku only supports 1.8.6 right now, and therefore not Rails 3. Is that going to be a problem, or is this something that we know how to overcome?

We won't be able to do Heroku until they support 1.8.7 and/or rails 3 specifically.

I'd probably go with Rackspace cloud, which is pretty cheap (~$20 / month)
