Clean up mess in quickly written scripts

Due to time constraints, a number of scripts are written as a stream of consciousness:

• segmentation/implant-FoR.py
• analysis/cylinder_analysis.py
• analysis/video1-segmentation.py
• analysis/video2-implant_contact.py

implant-FoR has been moved and somewhat cleaned (processing_steps/0700-...), the others remains in pre-cleanup-src
