Can not use babel-eslint parser plugins inside svelte <script> tags

I am trying to use babel plugins in my svelte project. Already added necessary configs to the .eslintrc.js and babel.config.js

The babel-eslint is working fine in regular .js files in the project but shows linting error in Githubissues.
