Support negative pricing #1

Need to test, but pretty sure Easee doesn't like negative prices. Need to update the script to default to 0p if the price falls below 0, or verify whether Easee will take a negative price.

Hey there, did you get a chance to do this? And does this project still work? Looking to install an EV charger at some point
