No /dev/ttyUSB0 device on Linux #53

Distribution: Ubuntu 20.04

When I plug in the i2cdriver on Linux, the screen lights up but no /dev/ttyUSB0 device is registered. If I tail dmesg, I do not see any changes when I plug in and unplug the device.

Bad USB cable. Closing.
