UnsignedLong class missing? #763

The documentation for UnsignedLongs utility class in 10.0.1 refers to a wrapper 
class UnsignedLong, but that wrapper class doesn't seem to exist in release 
10.0.1

Is it there, but I'm just not seeing it?

Was the wrapper class accidentally left-out, or intentionally removed?

UnsignedLong will be in release 11.  We forgot to amend the 10.0.1 
documentation, but we don't see it as a major concern.

I also don't see it as a major concern, but was confused.  The UnsignedLong 
class will be useful for me.

Since you are planning to add the UnsignedLong class, I don't understand how 
this is a "WontFix", but that is a quibble.
