What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start application

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"Class not registered, ClassID:
{9C042297-D1CD-4F0D-B1AB-9F48AD6A6DFF}."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
TwoFingerScroll 1.0.6 under Windows 7 Professional x64 (Final).

I get same exact error message (with same ClassID). Using same exact operating 
system 
(Windows 7 x64 Professional) on a Lenovo Thinkpad T500.
Driver Provider: Synaptics
Driver Date: 10/6/2008
Driver Version: 9.1.3.7

Just install the latest synaptics driver. It will also take care of two finger 
scrolling.

I have Windows 7 64bit and ALPS Touchpad. I get same error message.
I think installingt synaptics driver makes no sense for me?
Any other idea?

I solved this problem with installing this version of synaptics drivers
