Updated for compatibility with latest lean commit 1866488 #34

Changes in BaseResultsHandler.cs and the addition of BacktestResultParameters broke LeanOptimizer.

Hopefully this fixes it. Please let me know if anything else needs to be done here.

I'm not planning on maintaining the old codebase of the the optimizer now that the new rewrite has more features.
